The Site (as defined below) is operated by Fleet Process Limited ("FPL") and any associated companies from time to time. FPL is registered in England (Company No. 16843845) with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom.
Access to and use of the Site is subject to the following terms and conditions and the laws of England and Wales. References to "affiliates" in these terms and conditions shall mean the subsidiary companies of FPL from time to time as such term is defined in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006.
These Terms of Use set out the terms on which you may make use of FPL's website (the "Site"). Please read these Terms of Use before you start using the Site. By using the Site, you indicate that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the Site.
You may access most areas of the Site without registering your details with FPL. Certain areas of the Site are only open to you if you register.
These Terms of Use refer to the following additional terms:
- FPL's Privacy Policy, which explains how FPL collects, uses and stores your personal data.
- If you purchase services from the Site, FPL's Terms and Conditions will apply to the sales.
Terms of Use
Your information and activity on the Site must not:
- be false or misleading;
- be in breach of any applicable local, national or international laws, regulations, licences, or third party rights; or
- interfere in any way with the proper working of the site and in particular you must not circumvent security, tamper with, hack into or disrupt the operation of the site or surreptitiously intercept, access without authority or expropriate any system, data or personal information as defined in applicable data protection laws.
Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under FPL's Privacy Policy, any material (except for commercially sensitive data with respect to any services you purchase from FPL) you transmit or post to the Site shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting material that is:
- threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience;
- submitted without all necessary licences and/or approvals;
- constituting or encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party, in any country in the world; or
- technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data).
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site or any other equipment or network connected with the Site. You must not interfere with, damage or disrupt any software used in the provision of the Site or any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party on which this site relies in any way. You must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack (or any other form of attack which is intended to disrupt the Site).
FPL shall fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing FPL to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of these Terms of Use.
FPL will make all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses (and similar destructive devices) from the Site but cannot guarantee the exclusion of viruses (and similar destructive devices) and you should take appropriate steps in respect of this risk.
Access to Site
Access to the Site is permitted free of charge and on a temporary basis. Additional services may be purchased subject to FPL's Terms and Conditions. FPL reserves the right to withdraw or amend the service FPL provides on the Site without notice. The Site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in circumstances of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the control of FPL.
The Site is intended normally to be available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. FPL will not be liable for any failure to achieve this level of availability. FPL will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
We may suspend, disable or withdraw your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms of Use, attempted to interfere with the operation or security of the Site, or submitted content that is harmful, unlawful or misleading.
Automated document generation
The Site includes automated tools that generate process agent appointment letters based on the information you provide. These tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free output. You are responsible for reviewing all automatically generated documents to ensure they are accurate, complete and suitable for your intended use before relying on them.

You are permitted to browse this site and to reproduce extracts by way of printing, downloading to a hard disk and by distribution to other people but, save where additional services are purchased subject to FPL's Terms and Conditions, for non-commercial, informational and personal purposes only. No reproduction of any part of the site may be sold or distributed for commercial gain, nor shall it be modified or incorporated in any other work, publication or site. No other licence or right is granted.
If you print off, copy or download any part of the Site in breach of these terms of use your right to use the Site will cease immediately and you must, at FPL's option, return, erase or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
This does not restrict your right to download, store or reproduce any process agent appointment letters generated for you via the Site for your own internal business or transactional purposes.
Trade marks
Any trademarks displayed on the Site are either owned or used under license by FPL and all rights of whatever nature in them are expressly reserved.
No text or data mining, or web scraping
You shall not conduct, facilitate, authorise or permit any text or data mining or web scraping in relation to the Site or any services provided via, or in relation to, the Site. This includes using (or permitting, authorising or attempting the use of):
- any "robot", "bot", "spider", "scraper" or other automated device, program, tool, algorithm, code, process or methodology to access, obtain, copy, monitor or republish any portion of the site or any data, content, information or services accessed via the same.
- any automated analytical technique aimed at analysing text and data in digital form to generate information which includes but is not limited to patterns, trends and correlations.
This shall not apply insofar as (but only to the extent that) FPL is unable to exclude or limit text or data mining or web scraping activity by contract under the laws which are applicable to FPL. The provisions in this clause should be treated as an express reservation of our rights in this regard, including for the purposes of Article 4(3) of the Digital Copyright Directive ((EU) 2019/790).
You shall not use, and We do not consent to the use of, the Site, or any data published by, or contained in, or accessible via, the Site or any services provided via, or in relation to, the Site for the purposes of developing, training, fine-tuning or validating any AI system or model.
Data Protection
FPL processes personal data and information about you in accordance with FPL's Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to such processing of personal data and information as defined by applicable data protection laws and you warrant that all personal data and information provided by you is accurate.
Content
All information on the Site is subject to change without notice. The information on this site has been included in good faith but is for general informational purposes only, except where additional services are purchased subject to FPL's Terms and Conditions. It should not be relied on for any specific purpose and no representation or warranty is given as regards its accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose or any site linked to it.
FPL may update the Site from time to time and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and FPL is under no obligation to update it. FPL does not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.
Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes FPL has made, as they are binding on you.
Liability to you
Subject also to FPL's Terms and Conditions where additional services are purchased, FPL will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage whatsoever, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
- loss of profits, contract, sales, business or revenue;
- business interruption or loss of data;
- loss of anticipated savings;
- loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
- any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
This does not affect FPL's liability for death or personal injury arising from FPL's negligence, or FPL's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Registration
Certain sections of the Site require you to register. If registration is requested, you agree to provide FPL with accurate and complete registration information. It is your responsibility to inform FPL of any changes to that information. Each registration is for a single person only, unless specifically designated otherwise on the registration page. FPL does not permit (i) any other person to use the sections under your name, or (ii) access through a single name being made available to multiple users on a network or otherwise. You are responsible for preventing such unauthorised use.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
FPL has the right to disable any user identification code or password, if in FPL's reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at hello@fleetprocess.com.
Linked sites
At various points throughout the Site you may be offered automatic redirection to other internet sites relevant to a particular aspect of the Site. This does not indicate that FPL or its affiliates are necessarily associated with any of these other sites or their owners. While it is the intention of FPL that you should find these other sites of interest, neither FPL nor its affiliates nor its or their employees shall have any responsibility or liability of any nature for these other sites or information contained in them.
Rules about linking to the Site
You may link to the Site, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage FPL's reputation or take advantage of it.
You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on FPL's part where none exists. You must not establish a link to the Site in any website that is not owned by you or remove, distort or otherwise alter the size or appearance of the FPL logo.
The Site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of the Site other than the home page. You must not establish a link to the Site in any website that contains content that is distasteful, offensive or controversial, infringes any intellectual property rights or other rights of any other person or otherwise does not comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
FPL reserves the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
Limitations on Use
Use of the content on the Site is limited to lawful commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Site or its content. You may not use any network monitoring or discovery software to determine the site architecture, or extract information about usage or users. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, or transmit for commercial, non-profit or public purposes all or any portion of the Site, except to the extent specifically permitted herein.
User-generated content is not approved by FPL
The Site and any documents issued by FPL through its automated process agent letter issuing service may include information and materials uploaded by other users. This information and these materials have not been verified or approved by FPL.
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to the Site, you must comply with the standards described in the Acceptable Use section below. You warrant that any such contribution complies with those standards, and you are liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.
FPL does not monitor or actively review content which is uploaded to the Site and is under no obligation to do so.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Site:
- in any way that breaches any local, national or international law or regulation;
- in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
- for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way;
- to bully, insult, intimidate or humiliate any person;
- to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, share, post, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards;
- to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam);
- to knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware;
- to be defamatory of any person;
- to post content which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;
- to infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person;
- to likely deceive any person;
- to breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;
- to contain illegal content or promote any illegal content or activity;
- to impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- to give the impression that the content emanates from another company than FPL;
- in relation to any type of crime; or
- in relation to any advertising or promotion which has not been agreed to by FPL.
Not legal advice
The Site and any documents generated through it do not constitute legal advice, legal review or any assessment of the suitability, validity or enforceability of any process agent appointment or underlying contract. You are solely responsible for ensuring the documents generated meet your requirements and for obtaining independent legal advice where necessary.
Unlawful activity
FPL reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of these Terms of Use and to take any action it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.
Remedies for violations
FPL reserves the right to seek all remedies at law and in equity for violations of these Terms of Use, including but not limited to the right to block access from a particular internet address to the Site.
Transfer
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms of Use to another organisation. We will take reasonable action to tell you if this happens.
Email delivery
You are responsible for providing an accurate and functioning email address. FPL is not responsible for delays or failures in email delivery caused by spam filters, incorrect email entry, mailbox limits, third-party email providers or other factors outside FPL's control.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify FPL against any losses arising from:
- your breach of these Terms of Use;
- your misuse of the Site; or
- any information or files you upload to the Site that are unlawful, harmful or infringe any rights.
Severability of provisions
These Terms of Use incorporate by reference any notices contained on the Site. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement with respect to access to and use of the Site. If any provision of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
Governing law and jurisdiction
If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of service, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. FPL and you both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
If you are a business, these terms of service, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. FPL and you both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
