We recognise the need to be transparent about pricing which is not always offered in the market. We also believe in providing a simple and cheap pricing model so you can run your business without any worries about your process agent costs.
That's why we never charge a set-up fee and never charge on a per document basis. Our market leading rates could save you up to 70% in process agent fees compared to our competitors.

Payment terms
Unlike most of our competitors we do not require upfront payment and our appointments are immediately valid upon issuance of an appointment letter.
We offer 30-day payment terms following the issuance of an invoice. Invoices are typically issued 30 days after an appointment letter has been issued to provide flexibility for any necessary changes. This allows us to ensure that all details are accurate and up to date before finalising the invoice and allows you to make changes to your issued appointment letter to reflect the right term or the right parties.
- Free amendments within 30 days of a new appointment unless they require a term extension or additional parties.
- Extensions are charged at the rates above on an appointing party/year basis.
- The "unlimited" appointment option is available for terms over 20 years.
- A full appointment year is always charged, with no discount for partial years.
- Fees are exclusive of VAT and other relevant taxes, if applicable.
- We always charge in US Dollars.
- Fees are non-refundable.
- We never charge on a per document basis.
